Before release of the film a record is created by this film ‘Beththenegere’. It was given maximum of 137 cuts at the regional censor board. The film is based on real life story of Shankra and Seena siblings.

A film with underworld subject ‘Bethenegere’ that had audio release recently from the hands of Ramgopal Verma has hit a century even before the release of the film.

Now the film at censor has suggested cuts in 130 plus places and most of them relate to the names of ‘Shankara and Seena’. Apparently Mohan director of this film is brother of Seena and cousin of Shankara.

According to Mohan there are nine action scenes in the film that stars Sumanth and Akshay in lead roles with Naina as heroine.  There are eight murders in the film. There is a duet, item song and village fair song too.

Harsha in editing has made four variety of editing, Rajesh Ramanath has scored music, Kaurava Venkatesh handled stunts, Vinod Kambli is in different get up. Thriller Manju 960th film is ‘Beththenegere’.

Ramanithu Chaudhary, Shobaraj, Avinash, Achyuth Kumar, Veena Sundar are in supporting cast.
